limited menuthin walls
the room service menu, was quite limited and it lacked of options for someone with dietary restrictions like me. i asked for a gluten-free meal, but they told me that there weren't any available. plus, the walls seemed thin because i kept hearing noises from the adjacent rooms, disturbed me a bit.

The room was amazing, though I wouldn't expect anything less, really.
We slept terribly and the noise was quite disturbing. I could hear every footstep above me starting early in the morning. Sound proof walls seemed to be a myth. Our room was too warm to sleep well. The thermostat did not actually lower the temperature. When I checked out, I mentioned these issues again. The response I received was 'they should've switched your room!

the location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests.
the room temperature was a little difficult to adjust. i couldn't seem to get it just right, it was either too warm or slightly too cool.

the deluxe king room with a sofa bed and balcony was spacious. it featured super soft sheets and a comfortable bed, ensuring restful nights, and the balcony provided a lovely spot for morning coffee.

the hotel provides complimentary prosecco at check-in. i also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing umbrellas on a rainy day and breakfasts were very good, with a nice variety of options available on the buffet and a la cart.
